How does excel® V+ work?
The excel® V+ laser works by administering a unique high power green laser that is absorbed by the abnormal blood vessels in the skin. The laser heats the abnormal vessels causing the vein walls to collapse and seal shut.
What can I expect during a excel® V treatment?
The treatment may feel similar to a quick rubber band snapping against the skin. During your treatment, a cooled treatment tip will be in contact with your skin to protect and provide additional comfort to the areas being treated.
How many excel® V treatments will I need?
Generally, you’ll see a significant improvement in two to three treatments, however we will discuss this with you at your initial consultation.
