INFINI by Lutronic TM represents the culmination of many years of research into the optimum delivery of radio frequency and micro-needling resulting in customised treatments.

A handheld device with microneedles is pressed against the skin, sending radiofrequency energy to multiple layers below the surface. A combination of microneedling and RF energy stimulates the body’s natural collagen and healing processes, without the downtime of more invasive procedures.

With INFINI, our expert dermal team can control the treatment depth and energy levels to enable a multi-layered approach for customised treatments.

INFINI for skin tightening and scar revision

INFINI increases collagen production and helps tighten elastin in the skin.

A non-surgical skin tightening system, INFINI targets fine lines and wrinkles by resurfacing the skin to improve tone and texture.

INFINI is also used  for reducing enlarged pores, skin laxity, thinning skin, photo-damage, scar revision (including acne scarring and post-surgical scars), neck rejuvenation, non-surgical eye lifts and stretch marks.

INFINI for stretch marks

Stretch marks (striae) are caused by the slow or in some cases rapid stretching of connecting fibres and collagen in the skin and typically appear as bands of parallel lines on your skin.

When over stretched, the collagen fibres tear causing skin texture and colour changes.

INFINI micro needling with radio frequency (RF) works by stimulating new collagen to reinforce and help improve the appearance of stretch marks.

INFINI is well tolerated on the abdomen and results will vary depending on the individual and the number of treatments.

How does INFINI work?

INFINI by Lutronic TM represents the culmination of many years of research into the optimum delivery of radio frequency. The treatment is suitable for all skin types.

  • Microneedle Fractional RF (MFR) is combined with micro needling and radio frequency (RF) to elevate results.
  • The micro needling creates micro channels of injury into the top layers of the skin. This injury will stimulate the natural healing process resulting in new collagen production when the skin repairs.
  • As the needles penetrate the skin layers, the RF is released intra-dermally, generating heat deep into the skin, causing the collagen fibres to shrink and tighten, as well as generating new collagen production.
  • INFINI’s precise intra-dermal RF delivery with the MFR approach eliminates thermal damage to the surface of the skin providing faster healing with minimal downtime.

What can I expect during an INFINI treatment?

  • There is very mild discomfort during the treatment – each person has his or her own pain tolerances.
  • Numbing cream is applied to reduce any discomfort.
  • Pinpoint bleeding can occur during the treatment but will be resolved before leaving the clinic.

What can I expect post-treatment?

  • INFINI’s delivery of intra-dermal RF eliminates thermal damage superficially, providing faster healing with minimal downtime.
  • Immediately following treatment, you will feel warm and your skin will feel tight, similar to a sunburn.
  • You will experience some redness and mild swelling. This will settle after two to three days.
  • Mild flaking and roughness of the skin can be expected in some patients. This will resolve itself after a week.
  • Post care instructions and prescribed cosmeceutical skin care will be discussed to ensure fast recovery time and maximise overall results.
  • Results can be seen eight weeks post first treatment, but improvements can still be seen three to six months post last treatment with results lasting many years.

How many treatments will I need?

We will discuss your treatment goals: these goals will determine the number of treatments you will need. A series of treatments is recommended for most patients to achieve optimal results.

Treatments can be performed four to six weeks after the last treatment.

*Individual results may vary. Any procedure carries risks. Your therapist will discuss these risks, and how you can reduce them before and after treatment, in your consultation.
